How the fund invested

Pracuj Ventures backed early- and seed-stage companies in HR and L&D technology, with a focus on Poland and Ukraine. The fund invested where it could contribute — drawing on the partners' experience as founders, operators and investors, and on the know-how of Grupa Pracuj.

What the fund looked for

A strong team with the right values and growth potential; a sound business model; and a product that had already proven its idea by attracting its first customers. Companies originated in Poland or Ukraine — or opportunistically elsewhere with their core market in the region — at early and seed stage, with tickets that typically ranged from PLN 0.5–2M.
