Paweł is a Co-founder of Grupa Pracuj, leading e-recruitment solution provider in Poland. An entrepreneur with his heart and has his soul in product and technology. He is passionate about what he does, loves innovation especially when it reaches disruption and extraordinary outcomes. He is a leader in the product vision and strategy. He is strong in creative problem solving through disciplined, sound judgment and practical resource management. He is passionate for startup initiatives and small or mid-size companies driven by entrepreneurship, high growth & customer centric values. Privately husband and father, 2 dogs, passionate in a French style.
Maciej is an investor and entrepreneur with 19 years of experience in HR, ED Tech and ITC projects, graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with Entrepreneurial Finance and Private Equity concentration. He also holds a master’s degree in human resources management. He is a Co-founder, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the largest Polish HR Tech Company operating multiple brands.He is passionate about HR and EdTech and speaks at several international conferences, advising boards, and HR departments. Member of Society for Human Resources Management. He also sits in several executive, supervisory and advisory boards. Privately father of 3, work-life-integration, family man zealous traveler, practices all the possible sports, reads one book a week, Cirque du Soleil fun.
Gosia graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, specialized in corporate finance. As a first full-time job she worked for KPMG, where she was advising Companies on tax law. In 2015 she joined Grupa Pracuj Investment & Strategic Growth Team. Back then she also assisted Managing Partner of Hedgehog (seed VC fund based in Warsaw, focused on marketplaces and b2b software) in the portfolio management and prospect sourcing. Privately, singer (pop/soul/jazz music), horse-rider and Jo Nesbø-enthusiast.
In Pracuj Ventures Gosia is in charge of prospect sourcing and portfolio support routines. As a Junior Investment Manager, she’s also working on selected investment transactions and support of portfolio companies.
Magdalena graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with master’s degree in International Relations. She continued her career in PwC, Big4 company, where she embraced cross-industry experience combined with sound consulting approach gathered during her 8 years long career in commercial due diligence and strategy. Prior to joining the Fund, Magda was supporting Grupa Pracuj on the position of Investment and Strategic Growth Manager.
As an Investment Manager in Pracuj Ventures, Magda is responsible for prospects sourcing, coordinating transaction processes, as well as post-transaction portfolio management.
Privately a mother and stepmother (not evil one), passionate in fashion and musicals.
Iza studied psychology at SWPS which resulted in her having a profound understanding of a business environment and people interactions. For the last 20 years she enjoyed working in different corporations and acting as personal assistant to high-profile executives.
At Pracuj Ventures she is team’s executive assistant, doing the impossible in no time. She is also the person you may talk to while arranging the meetings or writing to our office e-mail address.
Privately mother of two sparky girls, in her free time likes to dance, listen to music, read books or go for a concert.
Tomasz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and the Faculty of Law of the University of Poitiers. He started his career in Gide Loyrette Nouel, a premier international law firm where he spent 5 years and specialized in consultancy in the implementation of large infrastructure projects, investment financing, and business law and business services. He has almost 10 years’ experience in venture investment and fund structuring in entities all over the world. In addition, he specializes in negotiating commercial contracts, mergers, and acquisitions. Privately father of 3, passionate about a good book, art, food, and wine.
Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. KPM Law Office is his first full-time job as an attorney which he started in 2015, prior to which he completed couple minor internships. He specializes in commercial law, with particular emphasis on the law of commercial companies, new technologies and the Internet law as well as copyright issues. On a daily basis, he deals with legal services for commercial law entities, legal advice for venture capital and private equity investment funds and supports the preparation of capital investments from the legal side. Privately loves to travel, especially east and procrastinate in front of his video game console (as literally no one ever).
Przemek Gacek is the co-founder and CEO of Grupa Pracuj, leading e-recruitment solution provider in Poland and Ukraine. He has done all of that; setting-up the company, leading it through fast growth, 2 crises and many other challenges. He has a deep understanding of a strategic positioning, team building and management and loves challenges. He is actively involved as an investor or Board member in numerous other ventures including Market One Capital, Hedgehog Fund, Versum, Preply and Docplanner. He is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and PRB (Polska Rada Biznesu). Privately married and father of two kids, enjoys (not only) watching sports.
Mykola is an experienced manager in the area of HR Tech. He has 15 years of experience both in the Ukrainian and the Polish market. For the past 14 years he was a CEO of robota.ua – one of the two largest job boards in Ukraine owned by Grupa Pracuj where Mykola was also a Board Member in 2014 - 2020. In 2015-2016 he acted as the Managing Director of eRecruiter - the most popular recruitment management platform in Poland. Mykola graduated from Donetsk State University (Ukraine), Faculty of Economics and Law. He attended multiple courses on strategy and pricing from professors of Harvard Business School. Privately father of three, fan of travelling, skiing and wine.
