    Managing Partner

    Paweł is a Co-founder of Grupa Pracuj, leading e-recruitment solution provider in Poland. An entrepreneur with his heart and has his soul in product and technology. He is passionate about what he does, loves innovation especially when it reaches disruption and extraordinary outcomes. He is a leader in the product vision and strategy. He is strong in creative problem solving through disciplined, sound judgment and practical resource management. He is passionate for startup initiatives and small or mid-size companies driven by entrepreneurship, high growth & customer centric values. Privately husband and father, 2 dogs, passionate in a French style.

  • Maciej Noga

    Maciej Noga

    Managing Partner

    Maciej is an investor and entrepreneur with 19 years of experience in HR, ED Tech and ITC projects, graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with Entrepreneurial Finance and Private Equity concentration. He also holds a master’s degree in human resources management. He is a Co-founder, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the largest Polish HR Tech Company operating multiple brands. He is passionate about HR and EdTech and speaks at several international conferences, advising boards, and HR departments. Member of Society for Human Resources Management. He also sits in several executive, supervisory and advisory boards. Privately father of 3, work-life-integration, family man zealous traveler, practices all the possible sports, reads one book a week, Cirque du Soleil fun.

    Investment Director & COO

    Magdalena graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with master’s degree in International Relations. She continued her career in PwC, Big4 company, where she embraced cross-industry experience combined with sound consulting approach gathered during her 8 years long career in commercial due diligence and strategy. Prior to joining the Fund, Magda was supporting Grupa Pracuj on the position of Investment and Strategic Growth Manager.As an Investment Manager in Pracuj Ventures, Magda is responsible for prospects sourcing, coordinating transaction processes, as well as post-transaction portfolio management.Privately a mother and stepmother (not evil one), passionate in fashion and musicals.

    Tomasz Michalik

    LEGAL COUNSEL

    Tomasz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and the Faculty of Law of the University of Poitiers. He started his career in Gide Loyrette Nouel, a premier international law firm where he spent 5 years and specialized in consultancy in the implementation of large infrastructure projects, investment financing, and business law and business services. He has almost 10 years’ experience in venture investment and fund structuring in entities all over the world. In addition, he specializes in negotiating commercial contracts, mergers, and acquisitions. Privately father of 3, passionate about a good book, art, food, and wine.

  • Jakub Zawadzki

    Jakub Zawadzki

    ATTORNEY

    Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. KPM Law Office is his first full-time job as an attorney which he started in 2015, prior to which he completed couple minor internships. He specializes in commercial law, with particular emphasis on the law of commercial companies, new technologies and the Internet law as well as copyright issues. On a daily basis, he deals with legal services for commercial law entities, legal advice for venture capital and private equity investment funds and supports the preparation of capital investments from the legal side. Privately loves to travel, especially east and procrastinate in front of his video game console (as literally no one ever).

    Przemysław Gacek

    Group Chief Executive Officer - Grupa Pracuj SA

    Chief Executive Officer at Grupa Pracuj S.A. - Europe’s leading HR Technology platform

    Originator and co-founder of Grupa Pracuj. Responsible for the development strategy of Grupa Pracuj and selected new undertakings of the organization.

    Przemek is also an investor, and his portfolio includes companies such as DocPlanner, Preply, and Booksy. He was a co-founder of Hedgehog Fund, which supported early-stage projects, and he is currently one of the key investors at Market One Capital, a fund investing in technology start-ups.

    In addition, Przemek is a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and the Polish Business Roundtable, and was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024.

    His great passion is sailing. In September 2023, together with Mateusz Kusznierewicz, he won the World Championship title in the 5.5 class, a former Olympic class. He spends the rest of his free time with his wife and two children, enjoying their favorite places: Italy and Bavaria.
